Why there is no toggle on this page
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, "sell" and "share" have specific meanings — handing personal information to another business for money or other value, or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do neither. Concretely:
- No advertising trackers. This website carries no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, no conversion pixel and no retargeting of any kind.
- No analytics at all. Not even the anonymous kind.
- No cookies and no browser storage, so there is no identifier to hand anybody.
- No data brokers. We have never sold or transferred a customer list, and we do not intend to.
Because nothing is being sold or shared, there is no opt-out switch to offer you — a toggle that turned nothing off would be theatre. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and a real mechanism goes here.
Your rights regardless
California residents can ask us to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and who has seen it
- Delete it
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Opt out of sale or sharing — nothing to opt out of today, and this stands if that changes
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any through this website
We will not treat you differently for asking. No worse rate, no reduced service, nothing.
How to make a request

We will confirm we received it, and normally answer within 45 days. We may need to check you are who you say you are before handing over or deleting anything, which for most people is confirming details we already hold. An authorised agent can act for you with written permission.

What we actually collect through this website
Only what you type into one of the three forms, described in full on the privacy policy. No browsing history, no device fingerprint, no location, no inferences.
Membership records
Your membership record is separate from this website and is handled by the front desk. Requests about it go the same way — call, email, or walk in.
