Moderate to high intensity indoor cycling class. Your instructor will lead you through a series of intervals consisting of various speeds, resistances, and positions, simulating actual outdoor cycling. Spin is great aerobic workout with minimal impact.
This class uses our HUR air-pressure machines mixed with bodyweight and mat exercises performed in a circuit. Great for all levels of fitness.
