Yoga 1-3 Intensity Rating

Classes use the Vinyasa yoga that effectively works all parts of the body equally in a flowing manner. Yoga can aid in stress relief, pain relief, better breathing, flexibility, strength, circulation, weight loss (can lower cortical levels) better body awareness, and more. Yoga renews, invigorates and heals the body, stretches and strengthens muscles and joints, Get your mind right with this low intensity stretching class. Relax into meditation while focusing on breathing and releasing muscular tension through a series of positions. This class is great for all members especially those seeking a stress relief or with limited flexibility.
