Members incorporating at least one group exercise class into their fitness program has shown to have a significant impact on achieving their goals. Our classes cover all aspects of fitness including: aerobic conditioning, anaerobic strength training, balance, flexibility, posture, and wellness. Getting involved in a class will benefit you in many ways, you will meet motivated members with similar goals, ad structure to your weekly routine, train at individual target intensity, gain motivation from feeling a sense cohesion and team work as you train with a small group.

CrossFit
Where: Basketball court
Description:
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. The CrossFit program is designed for any committed individual regardless of experience
Bod * A * Pump
Where: Basketball Court
Description:
Moderate to high intensity. This class focuses on total body strengthening and toning. Bod-A-Pump will increase your heart rate during strength training to burn more calories while weight training to improve over all body composition. This class is great for members wanting to gain strength, endurance, and reduce body fat, offered twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Butts & Guts
Where: Basketball Court
Description:
An intense 30-minute workout that will target the abs and glutes. Moving right from one exercise to another really packs them in for a great class.
Kickboxing
Where: Upstairs in our Circuit Training Room
Description:
Moderate intensity aerobic/self defense class. Learn how to strike and defend attack through continues circuits of punches, blocks, dodges and kicks. While you’re getting your cardio workout for the day you will also be gaining flexibility, coordination, and skills for self defense.
Combat Kickboxing

Description:
High intensity aerobic and anaerobic MMA conditioning class. Taught by our mixed martial arts enthusiasts Matt and Tonya Tatro this class is a combination of technical stand up self defense techniques taught at a revved up intense tempo. This class is great for members looking for a challenge as well as those interested in self defense.
Kids Fit

Description:
This class is designed for kid’s ages 6-11 years. Parachute games, mini trampoline, steps, and lots of other fun fitness games are just a few of the things that TFFC kids will be doing.
Kettlebell
Where: Basketball Court/Clear RB court
Description:
Get fit in 30 minutes. This class will get you in shape or help you stay in shape. A total body transformation that will tone, sculpt, and change your body! The intent of a kettlebell is to increase strength, endurance, and agility while challenging the cardiovascular and muscular system by doing dynamic functional movements.
Mat Pilates
Where: Upstairs in our Studio
Description:
This low intensity strength and flexibility class focuses on core strengthening and flexibility. Any one can benefit from what Mat Pilates has to offer. While focusing on breathing and activation of core muscles you will increase flexibility, improve posture, in a relaxing and private environment.
Senior Circuit & Sculpt
Where: Basketball Court
Description:
A great class for any level. A lower impact interval training that will definitely give you a terrific workout. Fun for all at any age!
Spin
Where: Upstairs in the back of our circuit room
Description:
Moderate to high intensity cycling class. Your instructor will lead you through a series of intervals consisting of various speeds, resistances, and positions, simulating actual outdoor cycling. Great aerobic work out as well as strength training with minimal impact.
Spin/Tone
Where: Upstairs in the back of our circuit room
Description:
Along with all of the biking we add intervals of weight training off the bike just to add a little extra to your workout.
Step
Where: Basketball Court
Description:
Moderate to high intensity aerobic class. Dance like choreography, on, off, and over an aerobic step. This class is great for total body conditioning. With moderate impact this class also benefits bone density.
Tai Chi
Where: Basketball Court
Description:
Tai chi, sometimes called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Tai chi consist of a series of postures or movements in a slow graceful manner. Each posture flows into the next without pausing. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can practice tai chi. It doesn't take physical prowess. Rather, Tai chi emphasizes technique over strength.

Water Aerobics

Description:
This class is a refreshing, low impact and energetic workout that utilizes buoyancy, resistance and other properties of the water. This fun filled workout is designed to condition your heart and lungs, tone and sculpt the body and lift your spirit.
Yoga
Where: Up stairs our studio
Description:
Classes use the Vinyasa yoga that effectively works all parts of the body equally in a flowing manner. Yoga can aid in stress relief, pain relief, better breathing, flexibility, strength, circulation, weight loss (can lower cortical levels) better body awareness, and many more. Yoga renews, invigorates and heals the body, stretches and strengthens muscles and joints, Get your mind right with this low intensity stretching class. Relax into meditation while focusing on breathing and releasing muscular tension through a series of positions. This class is great for all members especially those seeking a stress relief or with limited flexibility.
Gentle Yoga
Where: Up stairs our studio
Description:
Also referred to as beginning Yoga. This is a favorite among seniors seeking greater flexibility and relaxation.
Body Sculpt
Where: Basketball Court
Description:
High intensity free weight circuit training. This class is primarily anaerobic strength training instructed at an up tempo pace. This class uses “boot camp” style training methods exhausting muscle while increasing heart rate. Body Sculpt incorporates innovative strength training techniques to improve overall body composition. This class is great for members with a busy schedule because you can do it on your lunch break 12:15-12:45. Tuesday-Friday
Zumba

Description:
A Latin dance inspired group aerobic class. This up beat class is great for any one who loves to dance, no matter what your experience you may have. Zumba is taught with beginning and advanced moves so routines can be modified for individuals. Get moving and come join the party! Don’t worry if you think you can’t dance, you won’t be alone. Zumba Gold

Description:
This is the senior version of Zumba taught at a lower intensity.
Circuit Training
Where: Up Stairs in our circuit training room
Description:
Low to moderate intensity strength training class. We are proud to say our circuit training equipment is second to none. We feature Hur line of equipment with machines to train muscles from head to toe. This innovative equipment utilizes air pressure for resistance. To ad or decrease resistance is as simple as the push of a button. Many of the machines offer agonist and antagonist actions so you can switch from a push to a pull with the flip of a switch. Circuit training consists of high rep interval training for a designated length of time. This class great for any one new to weight training or to mix up your current strength training routine.
