Mission Statement

The Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is a private, locally owned physical therapy clinic serving the residents of Northern California. We are staffed by a professional team of experienced, licensed physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists. Our goal is to provide patients with a comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment plan, and personal attention throughout to allow our patients to return to their highest functional level as quickly as possible.
