Attention Health Conscious Businesses

Saturday January 9^th 2010, Tehama Family Fitness Center and St. Elizabeth Hospital will be hosting the first annual Fitness Fair. This day will be a celebration of health, nutrition, and fitness. The Fair will consist of interactive class demonstrations, strength and fitness competitions, and vendor booths of local health conscious businesses like yourself. This will be a great day to promote your business to the population that desires your goods, and or services. There is no cost to businesses but hand outs and raffle items are encouraged. Tehama Family Fitness Center and St. Elizabeth Hospital hope to build some strong connection with local health conscious businesses and work together to promote healthy habits in Tehama County.
