Description:

Kickboxing 3-4 Intensity Training

Moderate intensity aerobic/self defense class. Learn how to strike and defend attack through continuous circuits of punches, blocks, dodges and kicks. While your getting your cardio workout for the day you will also be gaining flexibility, coordination, and skills for self defense.
