Welcome to the TONE ZONE! This class features an up tempo, dynamic calisthenic warm up followed by high intensity weight training circuits. Increase heart rate, respiration, and exhaust muscles in this 30 minute class. Have a blast while learning challenging innovative strength training techniques!
