I teach Step Aerobics, Yoga, Butts and Guts, and Circuit on a regular basis, but you’ll often see me sub'ing in a variety of classes. I became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in March of 2008. In December of 2009 I was certified in Level 1 Yoga Fit as well as being certified in the Christian-based yoga discipline “Holy Yoga”.

I am very empathetic to the struggles that many of you face. I personally have lost 40 pounds since I started going to the gym. It is my passion and pleasure to educate and motivate those eager to develop their knowledge and skills towards a healthier lifestyle. I am inspired by all of the positive influences around me as well as the positive changes in people's lives.
