Greg

Greg comes from a unique and well-rounded exercise background. After high school where Greg excelled in athletics, he pursued a career in the PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) as a professional bull rider. Staying strong and fit can become the difference between life and death in such a dangerous sport.

After deciding to leave the sport of bull riding, Greg didn't lose his passion for strength training and conditioning, he still enjoys weight training along with running 5ks.

Greg is our reigning Pump and Run Champion, and has bench pressed twice his body weight! Greg is a Certified level 1 CrossFit instructor and personal trainer.
