Aubrie Stroman, Manager

Health and fitness has always been a passion for Aubrie. Growing up in the industry of athletic rehabilitation and sport specific exercise, she developed an enthusiasm at a very young age. Always loving being active, she was a three sport athlete participating in Volleyball, Basketball, and softball. After graduating from Red Bluff High School in 2005, Aubrie accepted a scholarship to play softball at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. There she lettered all four years and just recently graduated with a degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Aubrie joined the Tehama Family Fitness Center staff full-time in May 2009, becoming a manager of the family business. She also teaches the Kettlebell class at TFFC, along with other specialty classes, and Personal Training. She takes pride in the health of TFFC members and loves seeing people of all ages make lifestyle changes that will benefit them for years to come. Aubrie enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, working out, and college football. She also loves anything that has to do with the outdoors; including running, riding her horses, and hunting with her boyfriend.
