High intensity, free-weight circuit training. This class is primarily anaerobic strength training instructed at an up-tempo pace.
This class uses "boot camp" style training methods, exhausting muscle while increasing heart rate.
Body Burner incorporates innovative strength training techniques to improve overall body composition. This class is great for members with a busy schedule because you can do it on your lunch break. Come Join the Lunch Bunch at TFFC. You can even pre order lunch for $5.00 or less and for under 500 calories or less. We have several options for you so you can get fit in thirty and enjoy a nutritious "Lunch on the Run"
