Low to moderate intensity strength training class.

We are proud to say our circuit training equipment is second to none. We feature HUR exercise equipment. HUR is a special line of equipment developed as the result of a research project at the University of Technology, Helsinki in 1989. The company has since grown to be recognized as a leader worldwide.

HUR equipment is specially designed to train muscles from head to toe. This innovative equipment utilizes air pressure for resistance. To add or decrease resistance is as simple as the push of a button. Many of the machines offer agonist and antagonist actions so you can switch from a push to a pull with the flip of a switch.

Circuit training consists of high rep interval training for a designated length of time. This class great for anyone new to weight training or to mix up your current strength training routine.
