This class is ideal for those with limited time to spend in the gym. We have designed it so you can get a full weeks worth of weight training on your lunch break, Monday-Friday. Each class has a focus, whether its total, upper, lower, or core. Get in and out in 30 minutes and go back to work feeling totaly invigorated!

Monday & Thursday is Total Body Burner
